phew...its weekends again...guess what...juz back from my tkd class... today feels a bit tired...but still happy..cuz my student again back home with a full wide stretch of smile... so happy whn c thm smile n went back home...
at least i hv done my job well...haha...same goes 2 my little brother who helped me through out d class...helping me look around d students...
well this is my routine every weekends... nd 2 teach tkd class thn sunday mornin muz go 4 trainin... luckily i still continue with tkd trainin... if not i cant imagine what i will look like... IMAGINE n c...haha... u will c a big fat pig of me... HAHAHA!!! really lo... workout is very very very important 4 everyone of us... it reli keeps us healthy n fit... n happy thou... tats what i feel la...i dunno how others feel bout it... at least u do some small workout will do...let ur body 2 sweat... sweat out itself will help ur body 2 work well by secret out d waste in our body in d form of sweat...
believe it or not...after trainin u will feel ur body lighter a bit...trust me... if continuos trainin, i mean consistent workout, u will become fit instead... n u will hv a healthy body... every1 would like 2 hv 1... haha... so juz hv fun in working out ur body... make it sweat... sweat it out...
weekends...normally most of my frens will hv their own activities... i wish i would hv it 2... juz tat i dun feel like 2 go out lo... unless its in a big fun group... mayb i will join...
haha.. but frankly i seldom go out lo... usually will stay at home... go on9, do this n that, if in d mood thn look into some books... that will b whn i m reli in mood...but sometimes will go thru my lecture notes la... if nt cant catch up... it is so much 2 cover... so hv 2 put in more effort... GAMBATEH..!! anyhow exam is juz around d corner... wanna say still long oso cant wanna say its near oso cant...so juz work hard la...like NIKE motto.."JUST DO IT"
